La Famiglia
E’ trascorso quasi mezzo secolo da quando i proprietari Pietrina e Francesco, orgogliosissimi originari della Sardegna approdarono in Toscana, integrando in questo contesto la propria attività di agricoltura biologica, con coltivazioni di grano duro, pascoli per il bestiame, allevando pecore, capre e maiali.
Con l’agriturismo é stato possibile applicare la conoscenza della lavorazione casearia e della trasformazione dei prodotti primari, a beneficio dell’azienda rendendo gli stessi direttamente fruibili per l’attività del ristorante.
Ad oggi, la nostra famiglia é cresciuta ed abbiamo tre figli, Daniele, Giusi e Jasmine con tanto di nipotini, che giornalmente ci aiutano attivamente all’interno dell’intera struttura e che come noi stessi, saranno sempre a completa disposizione per le vostre esigenze.
A refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday life..
The ancient Casale Toscano is a structure dating back to 1883, classified as prestigious with rural characteristics linked to the maintenance of its original building foundations. In 1998, at the time of the restructuring, we strongly wanted to preserve its main historical peculiarity, keeping it as simple as in those days were the needs. Every centimeter of the house transmits love and warmth, releasing the magic of authentic values of other times deliberately preserved, so as not to mix with modern structures.
We have added the indispensable to put our old farmhouse at the disposal of our honored guests, who like to enjoy a few days of healthy relaxation in an oasis of charm in the midst of unspoiled nature, surrounded by a breathtaking view and away from the noise of the streets and city.
The family home is located at the entrance of the company, while the restaurant is located behind it. In front of the main garden rises the imposing secular holm oak, which has always been the symbol of the company, in whose shadow we invite you to read a book or admire the Tuscan landscape, certain that the experience will make you rediscover the beauty of enjoying simple moments of inner tranquility.
Our guests can use the car park, the wood-burning barbecue, a large relaxation area in which the generous swimming pool (12.5 x 8 m) and many outdoor games for children are set.
Continuing within the company, covering about 600 meters of partially paved private road, stands Rustico Casale Toscano, divided into five apartments, with park, swimming pools and games for children where our visitors can stay.
On the property you will also find a pond, an ancient charcoal pile (now no longer used), and the typical alabaster excavations of the Pomarancina modeling stone.
Guests can participate in company activities, such as cheese processing or milking of cattle (in the appropriate periods of the year) with Francesco and Daniele, always available, while in the company of Pietrina you can attend courses in typical Tuscan cuisine and Sardinian.
Plenty of space available for walks, excursions and activities in general such as trekking-riding on horseback with Hanoveraner sportsmen, accompanied by a qualified equestrian guide, for adults and children.
Suitable for families with children, whose fun will be to visit the animals, play and run freely in the lawn adjacent to the house and pool, walk in the woods waiting to meet wild animals such as badgers, turtles, pheasants, and observe a great variety of birds , remember that although the company is safe and easy to visit, it is strictly necessary that children are always accompanied by adults.
For years we have been dedicating ourselves and striving to ensure that the deserved holidays of our guests are quietly and serenely lived, therefore we consider it necessary to immediately specify the following points:
- the area surrounding the farmhouse is partially uneven, but for those with walking problems, there is still a slide that leads to the pool.
- no one lives in the house, so at certain times of the year it could happen that there are no other guests you are alone.
- breakfast and meals are served at the restaurant, easily reachable and located on flat land near the parking lot.
- in the restaurant there are services reserved also for the disabled.
- we invite our customers to request any additional information regarding accommodation, food intolerances or personal needs at the time of booking.

An Exclusive Stay
Upon request it is also possible to book the entire farmhouse of approximately 220m2. equipped with all modern comforts to best welcome guests and treat them to an unforgettable and exclusive stay.
A structure with a kitchen, kitchenette, service kitchen, dining room, lounge, laundry room, 6 double bedrooms for a total of 12 beds surrounded by a 10,000m2 garden within which there is a swimming pool.
